The inflatable session is now only on the first Saturday of the month during term time.

General Rules of the pool
In an attempt to keep chemical usage to a minimum for the comfort of all.
Swimmers MUST shower thoroughly before entering the pool. Please ensure that all children use the toilet and blow their noses before entering the pool and that swim nappies are used when required. If anyone has experienced ANY sickness or diarrhoea, then you MUST NOT swim for at least 14 days after complete recovery. Children under the age of 4yrs old must be accompanied by one adult to one child. Children under the age of 8yrs old must accompanied by one adult to two children. Non and weak swimmers must be accompanied at all times, and must remain in the area where they can stand, or within arms reach of a responsible adult. Armbands are not permitted in the deep end. Families only sessions must be adults and children in the water. To attend the ladies only sessions you must be over the age of 16yrs. Last admission time for a session is 45 minutes before the end of the session. The pool hall must not be entered until the time of the session that you are attending.

Swimming lessons - For children of school age, following the National Teaching Plan
Parent and Baby Lessons - Where parent and child develop water confidence, skill and fun
Adult Lessons - From complete beginners to improver sessions, these lessons are designed to improve technique or overcome fear.
Adult coaching - To improve stroke and stamina, learn new skills, keep fit, prepare for racing or triathlons
Rookies - Water safety skills for swimmers who can safely swim 100m. Teaches survival, first aid and life support.
NPLQ Courses - As an approved centre, we run the courses all year, to enable people to gain the qualification to become a lifeguard
Aquaerobics - An excersise workout in the water to music, guided by an instructor.
Water Babies and family only swims - Providing specific sessions in timetable for families and children
Swimming Club - Taking swimmers who have achieved a certain standard, and wish to continue with their swim development
