High-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts are a popular kind of exercise that involve exerting your maximum energy during short periods of time. HIIT workouts require bursts of high-intensity strength and cardio exercises followed by brief periods of recovery.
Bring light clothing, comfy trainers, water and a sweat towel.
Prices are £8.50 a session
If you are interested in trying out our exercise classes, we would like to encourage customers to pre book in advance, to ensure a space on the class and so we can notify the instructor in good time that the class is running.
If a booking is still empty an hour before the class, the class will be cancelled.
