The 200 club has been raising money for Settle Pool for more than 25 years.
For 2025 holders of each of the 200 numbers makes a donation of £30 per number per year, collected in January, and in return their number is entered into a monthly draw to win cash prizes that range from £30 up to £200 at Christmas! Most members hold just one number but some have two or even three.
There are ten monthly draws - February to November – with prizes of £80, £50, £30 in each draw. In the Christmas draw there are seven prizes of £200 each. Thus, half of the £6,000 collected year goes in prize money – the rest is donated to the pool.
Over the years the 200 club has supported the pool to the tune of at least £30,000.
All numbers for 2025 have now been taken. Results of the monthly draws will be posted here and on the pool noticeboard.
The April 2025 200 club draw was made at the monthly meeting of the pool trustees by joint chair Chris Hirst. The winners were:
