Indoor cycling, studio cycling or 'spinning' is a high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike.
It combines cardio and endurance in either a Super Sprint 30-minute or full 45-minute calorie-crunching session! Not only is it great for giving you all the cardiovascular gains, but it's great at toning muscles to make you super strong.
Bring light clothing, comfy trainers, water and a sweat towel.
Prices are £8.50 a session.
If you are interested in trying out our exercise classes, we would like to encourage customers to pre book in advance, to ensure a space on the class and so we can notify the instructor in good time that the class is running.
If a booking is still empty an hour before the class, the class will be cancelled.
